Girls Club

Girls Club is a weekly group for girls ages 10–14, offering a safe and supportive space to connect and grow. Middle school can be especially challenging for girls, with increased social pressures, changing friendships, and emotional changes that can feel overwhelming at times. Our goal is to help girls build confidence, develop friendships, and learn practical skills to navigate this unique and challenging stage of life.

Led by experienced clinicians, each session incorporates interactive and developmentally appropriate activities such as games, arts and crafts, escape room challenges, and team-building exercises. These experiences are thoughtfully designed to foster social connection, enhance self-esteem, and promote emotional growth in a fun and approachable way.

Our updated registration process is designed with flexibility in mind—girls can attend weekly or drop in as their schedule allows, while still benefiting from consistent support.
