Toni Kearns, LMSW

Toni is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides therapy to children and families across a wide range of ages. She works full time in a school-based setting, giving her in-depth knowledge of educational systems and allowing her to effectively support families through school collaboration, advocacy, and service coordination. Toni works with concerns including anxiety, school refusal, impulsivity, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioral challenges. She has experience providing individual, group, and family therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment and safety plans. Toni also has experience working with Club Confident, a specialized program for young children with selective mutism and other anxiety-based disorders, and is known for her warm, supportive, and collaborative style.
